I’m not sure when the big changes happened, but over the last couple years I have really noticed the extra dustiness the toilet paper leaves. I would also compare the two ply toilet paper to less than a single ply, Tim Hortons public restrooms have better quality than this “new and improved”. I find that the toilet paper now rolls up as it doesn’t really absorb so when you wipe, it’s like using sandpaper. I will be searching for a new brand to use!
