A: This air pistol is a toy made of plastic and has not the velocity for hunting. As for the spring, it might wear out over time. None of the air rifles below 500 fps are for hunting, only for backyard plinking.

A: Not sure if there’s really an age restriction to use one. I would be more worried about where I’m using it. There are usually local bylaws saying You can’t use it within most towns or city limits
