Introducing Downy Rinse & Refresh, a breakthrough odour remover that helps to rinse away smelly residue trapped within fabric fibers. While traditional liquid fabric softener can deposit residues on fabrics that trap odours in, Downy Rinse & Refresh acts as a laundry detergent booster to help remove those very residues. This leaves fabrics fresher, softer, and brighter than before. Downy Rinse & Refresh strips odours away without the use of vinegar or other homemade laundry hacks. Simply pour it into your fabric softener dispenser or directly into the rinse cycle.

Like the product, but need new bottle design.

I like the product. Need a better way to dispense the product. After you pour it, it drips down the side. Very sticky. Have to wipe down the bottle every time. Need a pump or something else. Doesn't give clear instructions on the amount to use.

Great product needs a new bottle

It does a great job with removing stains and odors, especially caked on odors in the armpits of shirts. But this product needs a new bottle and pour spout. I have dropped and spilled this bottle so many times wasting so much product. A squeezy bottle similar to a liquid dish soap bottle would be much better and ensure product isn't wasted.
