Used at cottage to keep pipes clean and flowing. I had paper cloggs at my tank and this fixed it. I think it would a good additive to rv holding tanks .Cutting down on odor and keep the tank flowing.

Q: Hoping to use this to clear/clean a kitchen drain. Is this safe for plastic pipes? If so do you leave it to sit for a while before running water in the drain?

A: I use it regularly for healthy pipes without chemicals. I've experimented with many products in my pipes. I found these bacteria to be best, to take care of hardcore clogs, n now prevention. Also, makes them smell well. Yes, very safe for plastic pipes. I'll clean my sink, etc, then pour all over n let sit overnight. Helps with stains as well. You can run water soon after too. Getting the bacterium in there is what matters most.
