Decide to buy this tree after reading many positive reviews on the after Christmas sale. Set it up to make sure it worked but didn’t fluff it. Love the brightness of the prelit tree. Should look great fluffed and decorated.

Q: I have a large gap between the middle section and top section that can’t be fixed with fluffing. Has anyone else experienced this?

A: Thanks for reaching out. Please fluff down the bottom tips of the tree top and gently pull up the upper tips of Section B for a fuller appearance. This tree comes with a 3‑year in‑store exchange warranty. If the adjustment above does not resolve the issue, you may exchange the tree in store with proof of purchase.

Q: This is my first year dismantling the tree is there a trick to it, I cannot get the bottom and the middle section to come apart.

A: Thank you for reaching out. Please lift the middle section straight up with slight pressure to detach it from the bottom section.

Q: Several of lights on the branches on the very bottom section are not working. Any troubleshooting suggestions?

A: Unfortunately, the bulbs are non-replaceable because of how the bulbs are integrated into the branches. The tree has a 3 year warranty. If you'd like support from our team, please call 1-888-670-6684. We will try and support a solution as best we can!

Q: Does the tree twinkle all the time or is there an option to just have the lights stay on steady and not twinkle

A: Yes, there is the option to have the lights on steadily without any blinking/twinkling. We bought this last Christmas and we’re quite happy with how it looked when fluffed up and decorated. Looking forward to putting it back up again in December.

Q: Why is there a small section of lights that are noticeably brighter than the rest of the lights on the tree? FYI the tree is brand new and purchased less than a week ago.

A: Hello - Please note that this tree has a 3 year exchange warranty redeemable in store. If you can provide proof of purchase, you are able to exchange your tree for a new one in store.

A: Thanks for reaching out. There should not be any issue with using a dimmer. However, this product was not designed to be dimmed and may not function as intended. Our recommendation is to NOT use a dimmer switch or dimmer extension cord.
