Do not recommend

At first we really liked this fry pan. We read the label to ensure we followed all the recommendations for maintaining it. We never used high heat and were careful to never use any metal utensils. Within 2-3 months our food started sticking to the bottom and it pretty much could not be used any more. It was a total waste of money. I do not recommend this pan. A pan should last for years, not just a few months.

A: The upper rim is 8 & 3/8” from exterior edge to exterior edge. The base is 6 & 3/4” from exterior edge to exterior edge.

Q: Does it hurt the coating to soak in soap and water before cleaning the Rock Fry Pans

A: You actually should not normally need to soak this pan as really is quite non-stick, but if for some reason something sticks to the pan, I remember reading that you should never add cold water to a hot pan. If you add hot water to the hot pan, I have found that everything wipes out very easily only after a few minutes. Good luck! Love the pan.

Q: Has anyone ever got a replacement within the warranty period? It says online here that you can exchange it within 3 years at a Canadian Tire Store. My pan now has everything stick to it
