A: Thank you for your inquiry, this pan is induction friendly and can be used on gas as well. However an open fire this isn't recommended for. hope this helps.

A: Thank you for your inquiry, the T-fal Platinum non-stick frypan is made from 100% safe non-stick coating with 0%PFOA, 0% lead and 0% cadmium. Our non-stick coating for T-fal Platinum range is a multilayered construction that includes an aluminum base and different resistant layers providing long-lasting and durable performance even with tough usage. The Platinum frypan is a forged shaped which further makes it T-fal’s most durable frypan. Hope this helps.
