Bought this exact pillow a few years ago and the fabric is not as thick this time. The weave isn't as tight and the fabric is thinner. Colours are vibrant though. Does the job.

Good product; terrible delivery; never again

The pillow is great. Fits well into the back. However, getting it delivered was heill. CTC used Purolator instead of an independent local courier. Purolator 'misplaced' the order at their depot. I got an email from CTC saying "hang in there" as delivery went from April 18 to April 24 within Ottawa city limits. Never doing this again.
