Rusty tin bucket

This is a rusty tin bucket posing as an outdoor fire pit. Very disappointing - not sure what the utility is for this piece of junk? Maybe for one time use then discard??

two fire pits, two thumbs up
a year ago
i have two of these fire pits and have burned a dozen chords of wood in them. if the smoke is in the way, move the fire pit, not all the chairs, tables, etc.

Q: just bought this - why are there holes in the bowl? There is a round hole (about 3/4 " diam.) directly in the centre of the fire bowl, and three smaller holes forming a triangle around the centre. How can the bowl be safe with holes in it?
