A very good compression arch! Though if you decide to take out the insert and you put it back in, sometimes the insert moves a smidgen, but not that much. A good product!

Q: What is the difference between the 2 inserts, light blue and dark blue. Neither the box nor the inserts specify the level of support and they look basically the same.

A: The dark blue insert provides greater arch support than the light blue. It is recommended to start with the light blue one and try it out first for a couple days before progressing to the dark blue one if you feel you need more support.
