Product excellent delivery needs work

A Christmas gift for our young grandson. just the right size and shape and contained two storage boxes inside. priced right. Only issue was ordered online for pick up. received confirmation of purchase, waited 2 days with no notice of picked and in locker or code. Went to Strathroy store and customer service helped find it in a locker. got home and CT sent a congrats on receiving from locker. System needs a little work yet. A special Thanks to Strathroy customer service for the extra time/help ( even though extra busy) to make our Christmas great.
