Good brightness dumb charging

I love the size and brightness of this lamp, BUT. I thought I had the issue other reviews mention with it only charging the first time but I discovered what actually was happening was that this lamp will only charge off low power circuits, which I found by a reddit post about a lamp with the same battery. None of my phone charger wall plugs or my car usb ports work. I could only charge it off a kitchen outlet or my 2.8A port on my extension cord outlet bar. If you can't get it to charge, try a lower power source. Now of course it was hard to find exactly what my problem was and if I was looking for another camping lamp I would pick one that can charge off literally all my other outlets and plugs (I think most people assume this is never an issue) so I guess I don't recommend this one but I wanted to review so others may be able to keep using it if they already bought it and think they are SoL and maybe Canadian tire/Outbound can make a cheap lamp that isn't restricted in this really weird way next time?

Great quality. Nice and bright. LED colours great too. I use the amber around the camp fire. Awesome unit. Lasts for about 8 hours.

I love how many settings there are and that it doesn't require batteries and you can charge other devices from it. We charged it for the recommended length before using it however, im a little dissapointe that it doesn't last very long.
