Great follow through customer service

Perfect size for 1 adult and 4 kids, kept the temperature in a most of the moisture out. Got to the campsite and the fly clips had two broken so couldn’t secure the fly, used zip ties to correct it and Canadian Tire Danforth swapped it out no problem. Looking forward to next weekends adventure.

Great tent, plenty of space. We have a double height queen air mattress that we use and we had lots of space all the way around and could still stand inside. Despite being in Tofino, no moisture drips inside either. Very good for the price.

Easy to put up, extremely sturdy tent. I was able to hang a medium weight lantern from the eyelet provided inside, at the center. Very roomy for 2 people, 6 would be quite tight. Like the awning outside the door for wet weather. Packs up easily.

This tent survived flood levels just shy of the door zipper. The rain came down so hard at one point the dome was visibly compressing and water pushed the floor up. The weather was terrifying and unexpected but I stayed safe and dry in this tent with only the rain-fly, no additional tarp! Do pay attention to proper setup. There are NO extra components! Awesome ventilation. No condensation. My only complaint is there was no power cord port, as advertised. I remembered some of the reviews here made me hesitant but I swore the morning after that storm to leave my own.

Woods Creekside 3-Season tent.

I would have given it a 5 star, except for the bag. I don't know why they didn't do the opening on the long side of the bag. With the opening at the end of the bag it makes it difficult to fit the tent in the bag. Other wise, it is easy to put up and take down, and kept us dry. When it is hot outside it is hot in the tent, since it is a 3 season tent. Not enough air flow for those hot days! I have had the exact tent for many years, and when one of the poles cracked, I bought the same one. It is a great tent.

Q: Whats the difference between this tent and the lookout? Why is the lookout so much more expensive?

A: There are several spec differences, but the largest one is the poles and weight. The Creekside has fiberglass poles …the Lookout has aluminum poles. Aluminum framed tents are much lighter than fiberglass framed tents and can pack down smaller.

A: Hi, the older model of this tent had a 4'10" centre height and it was increased to 6' on the newer model. Some stores may still have inventory of the older model, so it's best to check the information on the carry-bag to ensure you get the version you're looking for.

Q: How big is the door on this tent, can I inflate a queen size mattress outside and then bring it in the tent?

A: This tent is 7'x7' at the base. An inflated 80"x60" queen size air mattress may be forced through the doorway of a non-erected tent, but we would advise against it. Likely the tent or the mattress would be damaged. Best practice is to inflate the air mattress inside any tent.
