    Returned it.

I couldn't get it to make a decent cup of coffee. The base of the stem seems to be pretty small so when the water is boiling very little is rising thru the stem and percolating thru the coffee grounds. Results in a very weak coffee. My last try, I 'perked' it for over 15 minutes and still had a weak and tasteless brew.

Q: Do these work? I have used one of these many times and was surprised to see the water never once blew up the percolator tube. After 10 minutes of boiling, turning the heat up and down it never brewed. The grounds were dry. Has anyone had this product work?

    1 Answer
    • A: Our vendor would like to know if you fill water into the pot firstly and then put in the basket base and brew tube. If you put the basket base into the pot before filling water, it might cause no water getting into the brew tube. You need to check if the brew tube is jammed by coffee grains.
