Good But With One Glaring Issue

Bought two for my bike because in the hot of summer I go through a lot of water. My main reason for getting them was I don't like drinking from plastic bottles if I can help it. . They are light and reasonably tough. I like the ample water capacity. My only quibble is you can't drink on the go. The nipple just sends you air with the merest hint of water. You can suck on it for 5 minutes and not get a full mouthful of water. Have to stop and open the top to get a reasonable drink. They should do away with that nipple and just have a screw top. OR, develop one for these bottles that actually works. The holders looked a bit bit flimsy to me but I have had a couple crashes and have had the bike fall over a few times with fully loaded bottles and they have held up.

Bought this to keep hydrated. The Alloy helps to heat whatever fluid is inside. I assumed it was insulated. The holder is not very strong. Given what I paid on sale, those issues should've been obvious. It is also easily scratched and dented. But, the taste has drastically changed. This container makes water taste disgusting. I tried gatorade, still had that metallic tin taste. I'd expect this quality from a dollar store item. Not a professional sport equipment company. Would not recommend to anyone looking to drink from this.
