Works on Work Boots!

I work construction (asphalt) from spring till early winter then do snow removal in the winter till it's time to pave again. I'm exposed to all Mother Nature has to offer - sun, rain, snow, hail, sleet in addition to puddles and mud. I apply Obenauf's Heavy Duty LP and Sno Seal to brand new boots before I wear them and boots generally start to leak from the welt and stitching on the sole and rarely last a full year. I wanted to address this weak spot by applying Gorilla WPPS Spray. Before applying, I cleaned the area with mild soap and water then wiped it with isopropyl alcohol to ensure no oil/debris from manufacturing - this is key to ensure a good stick. Tape off the area and apply 3-4 coats to ensure it's all sealed. This needs to be done before Obenauf's and Sno Seal and allowed to fully cure. Looks exactly like what I was looking for, 5 stars for now but time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great. Definitely seals up small cracks for waterproofing diy situations. Quick and easy to use. Not sure how long it will hold up but so far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorilla waterproof patch & seal works amazing. We had a small leak on our roof and this stuff worked great at sealing it to get us threw winter. There have been no leaks and we have had heavy rain and snow. Definitely recommend. Drys quick and lays even coverage.

Q: Can this product be used a as flexible seal for plywood in below the waterline marine applications (i.e. a flexible substitute for epoxy). Note; The plywood would not be in direct connect with the water.
