Excellent hardwood pellets

Although I do prefer the current lower Canawick pellet price, the Vermont Castings brand are excellent pellets too for our stove use. Buy on at least 10X points days (plus a couple of 5X pellet related add-ons) and Vermont Castings is also a "Select" partner. Also had the experience of a bad "clumpy" pallet of Canawick pellets on my local store floor and had to return them. Nice to see people actually discussing "stove" use here as opposed to cat litter boxes! .

Yes, I recommend this product.

Vermont Castings Premium Hardwood Heating Pellets

We have been using our Ashley AP130 for 3 winters as main heating for our cabin. We tried many brands and these are best pellets for efficiency. They produce lots of heat and very little ash. Pellets are also consistent in size, no lumpy pellets no problems with hopper.

Vermont Castings wood pellets

I bought these pellets because I was finding the Canawick pellets are being stored outside. The water is getting in to the pellets. This results in my stove jamming up from damp pellets I thought I’d try the Vermont Castings. I’m sold !!! Much better pellets and burn hotter .

  • A: Je ne pense pas que ce soit idéal car les granules dégagent beaucoup de cendres. Il vaut mieux utiliser des copeaux de bois
