Pause Function DOESN'T work!

Shower was 'supposed' to have a 'Pause' function...Well it doesn't! There is no way to pause the water as indicated, and if it actually worked, you would have to move the switch that adjusts the water flow/pressure to get to the Pause function, which makes zero sense. The other shower heads I have, have a button to stop the water, you don't have to move the switch, go through all the water flow settings first! Then to add to the disappointment, Canadian Tire wouldn't refund me because it was 'used'!! How the heck would I know if the Pause worked if I didn't install it and try it? So, if you purchase this for the Pause Function, like I did...DON"T!

Shower setting not as per description

The description says it has six shower settings including a pause but this in-correct there is no pause. This is a false advertising. Would not trust Peerless faucet and Canadian tire again based on on their advertising and description.

Q: I bought the Peerless 76330 shower head yesterday and exchanged it today but this one doesn't have pause setting that goes to a trickle/low flow either. Are they defective or is there a trick to making the pause setting work? There are no instructions.

A: Hello LeLi. The pause feature is not reliable on most shower heads that I have used. I recommend using a separate stopper valve. Danco produces a metallic version that is usually quite good and easy to install. I have had one of these for more than a decade on my main shower and it is still as good as new.
