    Beautiful faucet. Pop up drain assembly flaw.

    I bought 3 of these faucets and had a plumber install them yesterday. They look fantastic. I did not realize they have pop up drains, not the kind with a pull up rod on the back of the actual faucet. The drain assembly is much thicker than the pull up stopper design, so the stoppers are not flush with the sink even when closed. Also, because the drain assembly is thicker, water now pools around the drain. I didn’t realize this until after the plumber left and we were using the faucets. So we need to constantly wipe around the drain after using the faucets now. That’s not a doable long term solution. So we will need to replace the drains or buy new faucets with pull rod drain closures. The plumber is trying to find new pop up drains with a thinner drain assembly. I can not figure out how to upload the photos. I do not suggest buying this product.

    Easy installation and works fine but, the paint started chipping off after a few months. I would not recommend this product

    Our Rancho Bathroom Faucet definitely elevated the look of our small bathroom. It's beautiful with soft curves and crisp details — and it came in a matte black finish (that is easy to keep clean, by the way). The single-control faucet is perfect fit for our smaller, 30-inch vanity. My husband installed it in about an hour and with no complaints. I can't say enough great things about this faucet. I absolutely recommend it!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeling my sons bathroom has been such a hassle so it was great when I got this faucet and it matched perfectly with the theme and also the color. It’s beautiful brushed metal color and was super easy to install ourselves with the instructions included and it comes with all the necessary odds and ends to install. I hope i can find matching shower faucets as well.

    Q: It says 6in. for length. Is this the measurement from the back of the base to the tip of the spout?
