manufactured poorly

the one the I originally purchased was loosely put together and leaked and was put together in a poor fashion as the output hole was misaligned when shut off so that it never fully shut off. I had to buy another one that did work but could not get a refund on the first one since I had already thrown through receipt away

Good product. I bought this cartridge to replace my original Moen leaking cartridge. The feeling of this new cartridge is even better than original one. Turning of the handle is effortless, very smooth! Recommend 100%!

Q: Looking for a replacement cartridge for a Moen BanburyChrome two-handle kitchen faucet, model # 87428. As far as i can find out it should be a 1224 cartridge. Is this the replacement for it? I assume instructions come with.
