Poor Service from Peerless

I bought this faucet and after installing it found out that there was a washer missing. As this was the last one in stock I thought it would be easier to get the washer (non standard) from the manufacturer. After 8 notes back and forth and supplying the supporting documentation 3 different times, they advised me to return it to the store. This is after I told them that there was not another one in stock and that I had already installed the faucet. I thought it would be simple to get a replacement washer. It leaves me concerned should I ever need a replacement/repair part in the future. It should be noted that I was able to rig a standard washer that seems to be leak free so far.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A good faucet that's some what easy to install. I say some what easy because the hook=up for the pull down section is very difficult, no room to get a wrench in.

Q: Do I need to purchase anything else for installation? Are there easy to follow instructions as I have never replaced a faucet before. When it indicates "no accessories" does this mean I do not need anything else or also have to purchase hoses, etc.

A: This faucet does NOT come with the water supply lines. You must purchase 2 standard water supply lines separately. I don't know which model Sonya is referring to, but it is not this one. And the reviews on the webpage referred to by the Product Manager also says that it doesn't come with supply lines.
