Purchased a replacement cartridge in June of 2025 and now in December 2025 it already needs to be replaced again.

Water leak

this product has issue of water dripping from the shower faucet. The townhouse project keep occuring and more than 10 homeowners complain the issue.

Horrible. All of your products are horrible. The engineering is ridiculous. Every product has a different way of installing. You’re always changing your products. It’s only pretty to look at for homeowners. The installations are extremely difficult.

It worked and the video was great but it was an expensive replacement for a shower that was just installed two years ago.
