      Thought it would be a great gift but just not what she was looking for

      Didn’t realize that the battery had to be purchased separately! I returned it a few days later and the customer service was terrible! A lady named Mindy was called over for an override, looked right at me and said” there should be a law against people returning things before Christmas!” I then looked at her, very shocked at her customer service skills and said,” isn’t it great for me that you aren’t making the rules!” She then stated “ don’t count on it!” I had all intentions of getting a gift card for my sister then changed my mind! Very disappointed and embarked at the same time!

      It’s not that powerful, kind-of disappointed. But I can use my PwrPod batteries. I ordered online and it came in the locker at the store opened and used! I asked the store to swap it, but they had none in stock.

      Great PWR POD compatible vacuum

      As I already have a few PWR POD batteries, I thought I would give this a try. I love being able to use the same batteries on a bunch of different tools. This hand held vacuum works really well. The filter is substantial, which is a good sign, it will stand up to some cleaning in the future. I can recommend this. Mine did not come with a battery, which was good for me - if you don't already have a PWR POD device, know that you will need one of those as well (this was clearly stated and highlighted on the box).

      • A: The handvac does not a battery, but it is part of a collection of Mastercraft tools that are battery operated. You can buy Mastercraft or Powerpod batteries separately and they are interchangeable and will power all the tools

      • A: Malheureusement, je ne peux répondre à cette question. Ça fait plus d'un an qu'on utilise cet aspirateur, et le filtre est toujours impeccable. On le nettoie régulièrement, AVANT qu'il ne soit trop plein de saletés.  Le filtre devrait durer aussi longtemps que durera l'aspirateur.  Le filtre est encore comme tout neuf.
