Flat sides not visually appealing
a month ago
It's cheaply cut salt with flat sides. Dost look aesthetically pleasing compared to ones with fully rough exterior. Advertisements attempt to hide the cut sides. This is likely random, based on the size of crude salt chunk and how little time they spend on making it look nice duting manufacture.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I have had a light for years and thought it would make a nice Christmas gift. I was able to buy it and have my sister pick it up at a store in Alberta. Great store to use when buying gifts for people out of province.

Q: I bought a 9" Himalayan lamp and when I got home it was the 7" instead. On the box it says 9" as well. Is this correct?

A: It was suggested to go back to Canadian Tire. I did and they looked at the other boxes and noticed it was all the same issue. They did not do anything beyond that even though it was quality control issue. The store said I can either keep it or return it.

Q: It is really not 9-in. I bought one today. The box marks '9-in'. I measured at home after unpacking, it is just about 7-in. I have to find time to return to the store. Obviously I am not the first one having this issue on this product.

Q: I was in Newmarket store, i measured all 10 they had in 9" and few 7". The ones that were suppose to be 9" were a close 7" ! The 7" were between 5" to 6" from base! How come they the size on the box? I was hoping to get one.

Q: I thought you could replace the cord and dimmer by removing bottom black plastic piece, it just pulls out? Other ones did? It justs comes out by pressing in the black prongs.
