Hot the best product I have every purchased. It appears product may have been in stock too long as very little came out of the can and I read the instructions and followed them. Ended up getting a different product at Home Hardware

Another option is twisting and pulling the spray tip off to rinse it in water to see if that helps as well. Do not buy

This stuff is awful I bought one and it would not even spray so I returned it and tried another and it just was a mess most of it ended up on the floor. Luckily Canadian Tire refunded me my money don't buy this product

Wasted money

After reading a lot of bad reviews (and a handful of good ones saying that if you follow the instructions, it's fine) I decided to go against my better judgement and buy this stuff. I followed the instructions as per the can. Shook it hard (for 5 minutes) until the ball came loose, and then for another couple of minutes. I even dunked it in warm water first. The stuff came out in huge globs on my testing panel. Tested it again on the ceiling itself, and it still didn't work right, leaving more messy blobs everywhere. I ended up shaking it for over 20 minutes, with no improvement. I ended up dabbing it on with a scrubby, and that worked ok. The result did not look great and the product did not work as advertised.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How many sq feet does this cover?

A: Coverage is 250 to 400 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the surface texture, porosity and application method.
