Q: can this paint be used on bumper ?

A: It would depend on what type of bumper it is. If it is the same material as the car, then it should work fine. However, I would recommend using a bumper paint (http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/dupli-color-bumper-paint-0471032p.html#.VqJdqThOXrc) or plastic restorer (0471007)
