Disconnecting from cloud

Got it working via app but constantly getting notifications that it disconnected from the cloud. Wifi is 5ghz snd sensor is close to the router so don’t know why it’s always complaining. When I view the status viia app, it shows it is fine (battery good)

Bought this yesterday. The battery is a CR2 3V, but thankfully the Noma app has a link to buy more. 🤔 The battery holder is not very secure. Mine popped loose after gently tossing it onto the counter. The cover is very difficult to open and close; there is no way to get a good grip because of its sleek round design. The app only gives push notifications and cannot forward it to any emails or sms. The instructions don't tell you how to navigate the app or let you know that the notifications are off by default. I'm fairly tech savvy so I figured it out, but I can understand the frustration in other legitimate reviews. Sensitivity was good and did not trigger with steam. I imagine if the humidity in the area is 80% it may eventually trigger if moisture is able to collect. Also, try to avoid incentivized reviews. If you are unaware, the bias in those reviews tends to sound like a variation on the marketing ads, or ai.

The potlights work fine, but the junction boxes had knock-outs that didn't knock out. I had to cut them out with tinsnips. Frustrating!
