This little machine is awesome, easy to use and does an amazing job! I especially like the floor attachment for wood/tile floors that lights up and shows you dust particles.

Upgraded my purchase to the V12 because of the hour run time advertised. Fully charged, it does not meet your “tauting” of this run time. Extremely disappointed in the product!! Shelley Howard

VERY HAPPY, until I need to empty the bin!

I am very happy with my Dyson, suction is good, battery will last for about 40 minutes. Love the green light, it illuminates all the tiny particles on the floor not seen by the eye. Both the smooth floor and carpet attachments clean well. I feel it does a great job. Love that the floor attachment is washable. My one complaint is removing the wand to empty the bin, nearly impossible. To empty the bin I turn the vacuum upside down on the floor, hold it with my feet and one hand, release the button and pull with the other hand. Yes, I would recommend this machine but please do something to make emptying the bin easier so I could give 5 stars. ⭐️

Q: Dyson website includes separate chargers, so wall mount charging is not necessary. Is charger included here?

A: There is one battery with this unit & I charge it with the V12 attached. There are no separate chargers. On auto there’s lots of battery minutes. No need for more.

A: No, that is the great thing about the V12 model. You simply turn it on with the power button and it stays on until you turn it off.
