Great helper, but little bit works improperly.

Purchased this mixer for my wife. She is extremely pleased with the look and performance this mixer provides. Very well built and solid, a great piece. Purchased some accessories for it and they work flawlessly. Very happy with this purchase and strongly recommend it for any kitchen arsenal.

Very Happy with Artisan Mixer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought the Artisan Mixer to replace the Classic Mixer which we used a lot for over 20 years. The Artisan was on sale at the time and it has a bigger bowl. It is working great - have made pizza dough, muffins, cakes etc., and works great. All the attachments that we had for the Classic (Pasta Attachment, Meat Grinder) also work on the Artisan Mixer.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Does the job quietly!

This is my third KitchenAid tilt-head mixer. I gave my original 300W mixer to my daughter (which I purchased in the early 90's) as I bought the newer Accolade 400. The Accolade was definitely a "workhorse" and louder than my original. It lasted a long time, little things started to affect it through the years...the 'stir' speed quit first, lock/unlock got stuck fairly often, it was getting slightly louder and eventually a couple of plastic pieces fell into my batter so I knew it was time to think about getting a new one (it was still mixing great though). My 2025 Christmas present was a new Powder Blue Artisan 325W. I love it, it is so quiet and mixes great!! I have not tried it on extremely thick batters yet but, pretty sure it will be fine! Sue A.
