Removes some moisture out of the bedroom but doesn’t shut off when full. Overflows water everywhere. Would not buy again.

seems like this product stops working after 6/7 months, all similar issues and no way of finding a troubleshooting guide/manual. 100$ down the drain and CDN tire wont take it back or fix the issue on a product they have/make.

Purchased 7 months ago and it quit working. I don’t have my receipt and Canadian Tire will not do anything. I just threw $100 in the garbage

It does what it says it does

We're using it in our 5th wheel while we winter in Victoria BC & it has done a great job keeping the humidity down. We did have to return the one we bought in October because it stopped working. After calling the help line, it was determined we had a defective unit as it had never shut off when full. This replacement unit shuts off and does the job it says it does.
