Great operation and Customer follow up services

Bought in September 2024 for crawl space , used the continuous drain option to floor drain. Stopped working January 2026, indicating E9 failure ( humidity sensor) . Followed the corrective procedure to eliminate warning. Everything was working except no water coming out drain. Took back to my local CT store who readily replaced it with same model as requested. Suggest keeping receipt for any return (2 year warranty) . It took staff 10 minutes but they were able to find my purchase date.
