In spite off my expectations this vacuum is a disappointment. I purchased it specifically for my tile floors. While it does a good job removing the debris it's does not pull across the floor easily. In fact, it doesn't appear to roll at all. I liken it to pulling an anchor around my home. On top of that that it does not turn or swivel at all. I have to move it with my foot which further adds to the aggravation of using it. Lastly, it has a tendency to tip easily when pulling on the hose to get it to follow me. I'll be replacing soon with something better. A bummer since we've used Bissel for years.

No, I do not recommend this product.
