Vaut tout l'argent, déjà après la première heure on a ressenti une grande différence dans la qualité de l'air! Pour les personnes allergiques c'est un nouveau souffle, une nouvelle vie; même les pensées se sont clarifiées :). Le sommeil est beaucoup plus profond et plus satisfaisant. Merci

We love this unit it's so quiet and cleans the air very well. My wife has sinus issues this air purifier really helps. We also just got a kitten and this helps with that as well. Over all we're extremely happy with our new AeraMax DX55 Air Purifier. :)

A: Yes there are two. The carbon filter gets changed about once every 6 months and the Hepa filter about once a year.

Q: Je viens de me procurer le purificateur AeraMax DX55 et je me demandais pour quelle raison quand je l’aie mis en marche pour la première fois , une forte odeur de plastic s’en dégageait ! Est-ce normal ? Et cela est-ce seulement pour ses débuts ?

Q: Under the Canadian Tire features section it says "Covers rooms up to 400 sq. ft., perfect for medium sizes rooms", however the manual from the company states Room Area Served 195 sq. ft./18 sq. m. Which is correct ?

A: The room size is based on 4.8 turns per hour (the number of times it will filter the air in a room per hour) according to the AHAM rating. The unit can actually handle up to 400 sqft however the turns per hour will be closer to 2-3 times per hour.

Q: How often do you need to change the carbon filter if odor isn't a concern? Are there health risks of not changing it? Can it be removed altogether? Thanks!

A: Change the Carbon Filter when the Carbon Filter indicator has changed to red or approximately every 3 months under normal usage conditions. The carbon filter removes odors and captures large airborne particulates. If the filter is kept in past the recommended time frame or removed all together, the unit will not function as intended or as effectively. Do not wash and reuse the True HEPA or Carbon Filters—they will not work effectively. Only use Fellowes brand AeraMax™ replacement filters.

A: The DX55 can cover up to 400sq ft. So two units would cover 800 sq ft.
