I purchased the Vertuo Next Premium Black and noticed from the beginning that the machine is very loud during operation. At first, I thought it might be a defect, so Nespresso replaced the unit for me. Unfortunately, the replacement machine has the exact same issue. Even after changing the machine, the noise level is still noticeably loud and doesn’t feel normal compared to what I expected from a premium product. But the coffee quality is good.

  • A: Choose the espresso beverage of choice, press the button to run the brew cycle, and when it's done, press the button again to run another brew cycle using the same pod.
