Great until it’s not

Had this machine for a little over a year after 2 machines stopped working and was assured this would last. love the colour and works great, however its a bit of a “short king” and to make all the sizes it can …it has to be either on a stand or you have to babysit a tilted mug I wished I had waited for the new machine that just launched - tall and movable water tank …yes please

Good for Discounted Price

I got this machine just before Christmas when my Virtuo Next that I had for four years had stopped working. It was on sale for cyber Monday and was super affordable so I got it as a replacement. The size is really great and it fits well on the counter without being in the way. The quality of the machine doesn’t seem to be very good though and the smaller water tank is a minor inconvenience. The machine doesn’t always lock the pod in place correctly and will shake violently before the pod settles. It’s holding up for now and making great coffee though!
