I love this pot. It is very versatile. I have used it for soup, stir fry and goulash so far. Perfect size.

J'adore mon nouvel outil de travail. Il chauffe rapidement, se lave très facilement et surtout rien n'y colle! Il est pratique parce qu'il me permet de réchauffer mes plats dans ma nouvelle maison en construction où je n'ai pas encore accès à mon poêle! Fini les lunchs de sandwichs lors de notre grosse journee de construction grâce à cette petite merveille!!

Q: Can someone please tell me why the black coating inside this product is peeling away and getting into my food in less than 60 days of limited use???

A: Although I absolutely loved using the product, the coating has also peeled away for me as well; to the point where I no longer feel comfortable using it for health and safety reasons. I am a bit shocked, as I followed all proper care and cleaning instructions... I unfortunately do not have my receipt for warranty, and I am now torn on whether or not to take a chance on this product again...

Q: Has any one had any luck with customer service on the non stick coating peeling off. Have sent multiple emails and photos .. purchased 4 months ago.. Love it at first now it's just in the cupboard taking up space. Very disappointed

A: Hi i am not sure what when wrong. I follow manufactury instructions, i am not using too high of a heat and gentle warm water wash. I have this for about a year and use it about 1 to 2 times a week my coating is still ok.

Q: One response says you can deep fry, another says you cannot deep fry due to "safety" issues. What kind of safety issues are there? Does it have to do with chemicals leeching into the oil, or is it simply it could overflow if user overfilled it?

A: YES. COATING LAST LONGER THAN OTHER WOKS. BUT THE HEATING CABLES DO NOT LAST. STOP WORKING AFTER FEW MONTHS. MAJOR ISSUE. OTHER WOKS LAST VERY LONG TIME. NEVER A PROBLEM.
