The first one I picked up did not work at all. The second one worked for a about 2 months and died. Disappointing.

I have found the heat is very good but was disappointed that it was only on the backrest not on the seat. The massage is very good though.

Wonderful for the price

I have a herniated disk in my lower back which is aggravated when I have to drive for long distances. I bought this to use on a road trip to Oregon. What a godsend! Originally I was agitated that I had to have the massage on for the heat to work but honestly it's no big deal. To be able to stand up after driving for long periods is a wonderful thing!
