5 years agoA: Hi there, thank you for your question. If you are fitting to a 3" exhaust, I would go with part 012-1018 which is a 3.5" clamp.

Q: I have 2005 honda pilot. There is a leak closed to muffler. Is this fit on the pipe ?
Anonymous6 years agoA: The factory exhaust system for your Pilot is 2” The 2” band clamp is CTC # 012-1014-4. However, without inspecting your vehicle, we cannot guarantee that the band clamp will resolve your exhaust leak.

Q: Will this fit on a 2005 wagon Taurus.Or what size will i need? What to use it .. When i put on a flex pipe at the front of the car.
6 years agoA: The correct clamps are 2 ¼”. Unfortunately, the right flex pipe determination is a difficult question to answer due to the variability of the system, if previous work has been done, what size the flex pipe is and how the system connects (butt connection vs. male/female connection).

Q: Does this work for lap joint? My exhaust pipes have a slight difference in OD, 2-1/8" overlap on 2". Can this be used? Minimal leak is ok.
7 years agoA: The 2” will probably work. You will probably won’t be able to tight it all the way but it will still seal.
