Could not find the leak in my sons bicycle tube so went ahead and used the slime anyways. it has been 2 weeks and tire still holds air. Simple to use and still have 3/4 of a bottle left for future fixes.

Motorcycle flats
I haven’t used it yet. I bought it as a back up for a motorcycle flat. YouTube articles say it can be used in tube type tires. Should be a very handy thing to have on the back roads. Quantities for tire sizes are on the bottle. Comes with a fill hose and valve core tool. You will need you own air supply.

Q: Is the Slime Emergency Sealant safe for tubeless carbon fiber bicycle rims?
2 Answers
A: I can’t see this as being unsafe, but it’s definitely not the right product for tubeless bike rims. I’ll never buy this junk again…throws off the tire balance on cars pretty bad and will probably cause a vibration on a bike too. It’s also really hard to clean out of tires after the fact. The only thing I would use this on is tires that turn at a low RPM like a snowblower or wheelbarrow that doesn’t hold air.

A: ive watch a bunch of things about these products online this one youll have to put it in and take the car for a spin to make sure it gets all around the tire then it should be good but it is liquid so it will in time all fall back to the bottom but the seal will seal the small hole so no more leak problem solved

Q: dans tire vtt il faut placer la bouteille entiere
A: Bonjour, merci pour votre question. Pour les pneus de vélo de montagne de taille courante, 89 ml - 118 ml par pneu sont suffisants. Voir: https://www.slime.com/cf/slime-calculator.php. Merci beaucoup.
Q: will this product work to repair a leak in an air mattress? ...or is there such a product that will work??
1 Answer
A: Hello and thank you for your inquiry. Slime Tire and Tube Sealants is designed to seal vehicle tires and tubes-within-tires to OEM specifications. It is not designed to seal air mattresses, sports equipment or flotation devices. It may be possible to seal your air mattress using a rubber or vinyl adhesive patch kit. However, this is not our expertise so we cannot confirm whether such a patch will repair your mattress leak. Thank you again for your question on Slime Tire Repair Sealant.

A: Hello, thank you for your question on Slime Tire Sealant. This Slime Tire Sealant is formulated for tubeless tires (ie. no inner tube). Examples would be Cars, Trucks, ATV's, UTV's, Dirt Bikes, Off-road vehicles, Tractors, Golf Carts, Scooters, Wheel Barrows, etc. For bicycle tires that utilize tubes within the tire, there is specific Slime "TUBE" sealant for these tires. If your bike is "Tubeless", Slime also has specific tubeless tire sealant for off-road and on-road bicycle tires. Visit Slime.com to learn more. Thank you.

Q: Hi, One of my tires has slow leak issue ~3psi per day, not sure what cause it. Can this product fix it? Thanks!

A: Hello, thank you for your question on Slime Tire Sealant. Slime Sealant will seal TREAD area punctures up to 1/4" (6mm). However, it will not seal leaks on the side-wall or the seam between the tire & wheel. For regular passenger vehicles used for driving on city streets and highways, Slime Sealant is used for emergency tire punctures. The tire must then be professionally repaired within 3 days or 160 kilometers. For utility vehicles (off-road trucks, farm equipment, ATV's, trailers, tractors, golf carts, riding lawn mowers, etc.), Slime Sealant can be left in the tire to prevent & seal punctures as they occur. Slime Sealant should not be left inside highway driving passenger vehicles has it can cause vibration at high speed. Thank you.

Q: How long do l have to drive after using slime seal in my car tires
6 years ago
1 Answer
A: Hello, thank you for your question on Slime Emergency Tire Sealant. This sealant will seal tread area punctures up to a maximum of 6mm (1/4”). It will not seal punctures or tears on the sidewall. After installing Slime Tire Sealant and inflating the tire, drive the car at a safe speed for no more than 0.5 kilometer. Then stop and ensure that the puncture is sealed. When used in passenger vehicles, Slime Tire Sealant is a temporary/emergency repair. A professional repair should be completed within 100 kilometers. Thank you.
