A: I think the glove would be too short for that purpose. It does not protect your arm. I wouldn't use it for that purpose.

A: Putting the Ove Glove in the dryer does not affect the heat protective capabilities. Putting the Ove Glove in the dryer will cause the cotton to shrink a little bit. The Glove becomes a bit snugger....to some that is an advantage.

Q: Can the ove glove withstand extreme cold temperatures?

A: I am sure you can freeze it if you want but it is not a glove for wearing in cold weather to protect your hand as there is only one in a package not a pair. Maybe a translator or some other help may be needed for you to understand the glove's use and purpose better.

A: The Ove Glove is made of NOMEX and KEVLAR. NOMEX and KEVLAR are aramid fibers that are strong and heat resistant synthetic fibers. They are also used in aerospace and military applications such as body armor fabric, bicycle tires and as an asbestos substitute.
