At my first travel two wheels damaged, I do not recommend buying this product.
Called customer service 1-844-428-7276 if they can provide a pair of replacement wheel.
But no luck.

Broken wheel

Have only used the small suitcase about 5 times. One of the wheels is damaged. Very disappointing for how much I’ve used it.
