I was very disappointed with this paddle. During the very first use, which was just a leisurely down river paddle the one plastic paddle came loose from the aluminum shaft and started to turn. A paddle is essentially safety gear, and when it fails (very quickly) it shakes your confidence in the brand. I returned this product and bought a different one.

Should be better quality and/or better price

It's not bad, just not worth the price (and I bought it on sale). In retrospect I should have waited for the comparable paddle at decathlon (which is a better price) to come back in stock. Other than that this paddle does a decent job at propelling me through the water without soaking me too much
