It works, its simple, its cheap.

I bought it to see if the spark was getting to my lawnmower plug. Youtube shows how to use it and Ive never had a problem adjustable gap gives me an idea of the strength of the spark. Durable enough to survive un harmed in my general toolbox and ive used it for all. my motorized tools and its a simple solution to shut the door of whether the spark is getting to the plug. Value for the dollar :excellent.

DO NOT BUY THIS!

Do not buy this. The rod that simulates the plug is too small diameter for the plug lead to clip on. The same rod is not held in the black plastic block either. The ground clip is attached really weakly to the adjuster. It would probably break quickly if used to adjust that end. I didn't get that far. The first two issues make this unusable. It is being returned.
