Problem with rented equipment

The wrench worked great at 50 lbs but at 33 lbs it didnt click. I eneded up snapping a bolt of in my engine. Very troublesome.

Auto staff unhelpful

This item was recommended by your auto parts staff to remove the lug nuts on my flat tire. Staff were totally clueless as to what a lug nut wrench is. Returned this item and 12 hours later located the lug nut wrenches on aisle 104 myself.

First time renting a tool from Canadian Tire and everything went well. Although it was obvious the torque wrench had received a lot of use, it was clean and seemed to be in good repair. The rental process was easy and everything worked fine
