Does what it's made for. The negative... #1, the cover (part that has the blades) holds water inside and very hard to get out. Not sure if this is supposed to be like that or not. #2, the rubber gasket in the cover is very hard to remove and install for cleaning #3, its quite loud. #4 not much of a negative but the base I feel is heavy.

Wonderful upgrade

I loved my original nutribullet with 900 power. But my upgrade to the 1200 was a gamechanger. I love that it has the 2 buttons. I usually start with the lower surge button. Then when I see everything the ingredients are working through, I use the top button which works for a timed period. My smoothies are always done to the same perfect thick consistency. In comparison to the old one where I’m guessing when things are fully blended. It’s great that the container is locked in place and you don’t have to hold it there. You can walk away and let it run its cycle and the suction cup feet keep it set on the counter.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Bad product with poor customer srevice!

Bought this model to replace the 900 that I had for years. Only used approx 18 times and it died, So therefore, 12 1/2 months it died and they said that it was no longer under warranty, So guess what, I am out of luck! Will not be wasting my money on another one!!
