NO MORE nordic track 4 me!!!!

DO NOT purchase Nordic Track!!!!!!
Our C960i quit working right at the 2 year mark w very limited use. Having been a boat anchor in the basement for the next 2 years, we just reached out to a repair tech. On site visit determined console display and control board required for a TOTAL of $875.00 in parts
Install was reasonable for $150. So we are at over $1000 in repairs for the present unit. We thought we had bought one of the better machines from CT so dont waste yr money on this brand

Worst assembly ever

Just bought this today eagor to assemble it asap. It has been 4 hours and we are half way through, the skrews of one handle bar does not align with the panel and the skrews do seem to go half way through. Really disappointed. Called customer service but no answer I will try tomorrow.

A: I haven’t tried with the TV but I use my iPad and it connects to control the treadmill. I imagine it works with any smart/Bluetooth capable device (including a TV).

Q: I see this treadmill has 3 CHP motor. what is quiet level with 3 CHP for home use? Do this treadmill belt need to lubricate periodically?

A: Drew Great question! We do our best to design our treadmills to be as quiet as possible. With that being said, due to the nature of the product, it will give off some noise. Our treadmills are pre-lubricated as they are manufactured. Under typical use, you shouldn’t need to lubricate the belt. With high usage, lubrication may be necessary. Q: There will be 3 people using this treadmill on a daily basis, weight ranging from 150lbs to 250lbs, will this treadmill hold up or should I get something with a higher motor?

A: We have two adults using it daily for two months and works as expected. The machine's belt comes pre lubed. Correct and regular lubrication of the belt with three daily users however is recommended for which the assembly manual is void of any information and getting this information from the manufacturer was like pulling teeth. If you keep the belt lubed, you should not need a bigger motor unless you are training for the olympics.
