Very nice tree, however from the moment we took it out of the box, needles have not stopped falling. Lots of vacuuming as we decorated and put gifts under. We were disappointed, and we will be lucky to have this tree for more than a couple of years, unlike our previous tree from Canadian Tire.

Q: I bought this tree 2 years ago and I just went to set it for Christmas but the entire middle section does not light up. Do I need to just replace the fuses or do I need to buy a new tree?

Q: My old tree the “pine needles” tend to fall off easily These plastic needles can be found for a good 3 months later around the house Do the pine needles fall off on this tree?

Q: ALL of your Xmas trees (not just this one) show packaged dimensions that are enormous - 9 feet long (122"). That can't be right.
