NOMA Elodie 52" 3-Blade Reversible 6-Speed Dimmable Ceiling Fan with Remote, Matte White

Generally as expected. Review based on 1 week of limited test use. Quiet fan operation. Good airflow and range of speeds. Lighting is good (dimmable, can select colour temperature). Relatively straightforward installation with well-documented instructions.

So far so good, the matte white blends in well with the white ceiling. We were concerned the whole unit would look bulky in our smalish room but once installed it looks good. Fan is relatively eay to install just make sure you have good backing. we had to install longer screws ( 3.5") than the 2" that were provided to ensure a solid mounting. Remote works well, with 6 speed settings and 3 light spectrum settings with dimmer, a slightly lowest dimmer setting would have been preferable. Fan has a slight delay on start up 3-4 seconds but don't consider this a problem.

I bought this a week ago and having problems with the signal for the fan with the remote. Will only work 2 inches from the receiver. Contacted Noma and hopefully get a response on how to fix or a new receiver. But until it actually works it gets a bad review

I was absolutely stoked to receive this as I’ve been wanting to replace my kitchen light but wasn’t sure how a ceiling fan would look. I wish I did it earlier because I’m in love with the outcome! Some of my favourite things about the fan: 🔹6 speed settings 🔹Integrated LED light 🔹Short – no risk of hitting anything important, even in the small space 🔹Different light settings (warm, cool, etc.) 🔹Dimmable light for a customizable space 🔹Small remote to control both light and fan independently 🔹Whisper quiet 🔹Sleek, pulls the space together In theory, the fan was meant to be easy enough to set up. Unfortunately, this was my only issue with this product. The instructions aren’t totally clear as it references a blue wire but there was no blue wire. When I first installed it, the light seemed to not have any power (but the fan worked well). A few extra attempts and I realized that inside of the internal unit (not referenced in the manual), the wires were loose. Once they were pushed them back together (the little black tabs on the wires had to be taken off for this), the light worked and I haven’t had an issue since. This is one product I’ve been truly impressed with. My kitchen finally feels completely put together and I love how this looks and feels in my space! - Product received for free from Butterly.com in exchange for an honest review.
