J'ai acheté cet article il y a 2 ans mais il ne sert que l'été donc 2 saisons faites et là un code E9 apparaît. J'ai rempli le formulaire pour activer la garantie (même si la date est dépassée) en espérant pouvoir le faire réparer (pour le bien être de la planète). Ma demande a été acceptée pour un échange sur un modèle équivalent, qui, au regard des commentaires, me semblent de même qualité. Canadian Tire ne devrait pas continuer ces produits aussi peu dignes de qualité et peut-être plus s'affilier avec des marques locales ou réparables (j'ai vu des prix similaires sur des marques respectables). Bref, soyez vigilant et regardez bien les commentaires des personnes ayant acquis ce produit il y a quelques mois... Beaucoup de déconvenues et vive l'obsolescence programmée...

A: Ah I see. This is run like a wiki where other users provide info. Ok word of advice when posting pictures. Make sure the resolution is high enough. Those instructions posted are a blur when zoomed in to see.

Q: Pump turns off when bucket fills with water. What setting should I put it at to ensure the pump continues?

A: Normally, in pump mode, the water won't go to the bucket and will work continously. To use the pump function, make sure you connect the drain hose to the unit before pressing Pump button. Once the pump button is pressed, the pump light will swith on. If the pump light flashes, it means that the pump is not functioning properly. If the drain hose is not correctly connected to the unit, or is bent, the pump light will flash and the pump system will not work.
