Powerful durable blender with smart programs that

I have been using the ninja and I am very impressed with its performance. The design is modern and sturdy ,and it fells very durable.It blends smoothies,frozen fruits and ice quickly and smoothly.the auto iq programs are easy to use and save time

I bought this blender in April 2023 and it is now Dec 2025. I enjoyed the blender for a while, but recently the motor started shrieking. I thought it might be a misalignment with the caps on the cups, but it is certainly the motor. Unfortunately, the warranty is only for a year. When it works, it works well...but there is no reason a blender should last less three years.
No, I do not recommend this product.

False claims

Ninja claims the cups and pitcher are dishwasher safe. I started to clean them in the dishwasher only to find out a few blends later that my juices and everything that I blend started getting a little bit of a dark color into it. After investigation I found out that this color is actually rust coming from the bearings of the cup. Also it got so noisy only when I used the cup. About the pitcher a few months later it started getting small crack until in the end it started leaking through those cracks
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Will this blender pulverize tomato skins so I can make tomato sauce? I don’t mind tomato seeds but really hate those curled up bits of tomato skins floating around and would love to not have to peel off the tomato skins before.

Q: Does this blender come with a rubber/silicon ring or is it metal on metal coupling?

A: I have a slightly different model that includes a bowl for food processing (in addition to the blender and smoothie cups). I do not see any silicone/rubber. The gaskets may be hidden but the bases where a gasket would normally be, appear to be made of a sturdy plastic that is permanently seated in the base of the clear plastic blender and food processing bowl. Mine have been through the dishwasher on numerous occasions and no leaking issues. Our old blender had a rubber type gasket that leaked. We replaced it with the Ninja and so far it’s held up well. If possible, I would suggest that you visit a CT store and ask a sales rep to assist you in opening a box, to inspect the product before purchasing it.
